SHIPPING COSTS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We provide information about shipping costs and estimated delivery times based on your location. Please understand that it is impossible to determine the exact delivery time for every country, so the information provided is approximate. These rates are fixed and align with prices set by national shipping companies.
IMPORTANT: We can prepare a custom order if needed. Contact us, and we’ll manage your order personally, including alternative shipping methods (e.g., express shipping).
SPAIN / ANDORRA / CANARY ISLANDS / BALEARIC ISLANDS / CEUTA AND MELILLA

RETURN POLICY
Our return policy applies within the first 30 days for CDs, Digipacks, and Vinyl records. If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. It must also be in its original packaging. Before making your purchase, ensure you check the size guide provided with the garment.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund, and the order amount minus shipping costs will be returned to your PayPal account or credit card, depending on the original payment method.
Late refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at afterlapseofficial@gmail.com.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should send it to: Calle Lepanto 78, 4ºC, 02003, Albacete, Albacete, Spain.
As the customer, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for the returned product to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item worth over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us.
